APBD Kuningan 2014 Capai Rp 1,436 Triliun

Kuningan (KaTer) - Setelah melalui proses pembahasan di tingkat fraksi, komisi dan badan anggaran (Banggar), akhirnya APBD Kuningan tahun 2014 disahkan. Pengesahan APBD Kuningan tahun 2014 sebesar Rp 1,436 triliun di gelar dalam rapat Paripurna DPRD, Selasa (31/12/2013). Hadir dalam rapat paripurna pengesahan APBD Kuningan 2014,
Ketua DPRD Kuningan, Rana Suparman S.Sos, Bupati Kuningan, Hj Utje CH Suganda, Wabup Kuningan, H Acep Purnama SH, MH, Forum Koordinasi Pimpinan Daerah, Dandim 0615, Polres Kuningan, Pengadilan Negeri Kuningan, Sekretaris Daerah dan para tamu undangan lainnya.
Dalam sambautannya, ketua DPRD Kuningan, Rana menjelaskan, Rancangan Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah (RAPBD) Kabupaten Kuningan tahun 2014 mencapai nominal angka Rp. 1,436 Triliun. Jumlah tersebut direncanakan bersumber dari pendapatan asli daerah Rp 1,424 Miliar, dana perimbangan Rp 1,244 Triliun dan pendapatan lain-lain yang sah sebesar Rp 37,159 Miliar.
“Penerimaan daerah tahun 2014 mengalami penurunan dibanding tahun lalu yakni sebesar Rp 183,63 Miliar atau turun 11,42 persen dari APBD Kuningan tahun 2013 sebesar Rp 1,608 Triliun,” kata Ketua DPRD Kuningan, Rana Suparman saat memimpin jalannya rapat.
Dari komposisi RAPBD Kuningan tahun 2014, lanjut Rana, anggaran belanja daerah direncanakan sebesar Rp 1,436 Triliun. Hal ini mengalami penurunan sebesar Rp. 187,50 Miliar atau 11,54 persen bila dibandingkan dengan belanja daerah tahun sebelumnya. Adapun rencana belanja ini akan dialokasikan untuk belanja tidak langsung sebesar Rp 944, 658 Miliar dan belanja langsung Rp 492,319 Miliar.
“Adapun perbandingan antara belanja tidak langsung dan belanja langsung yaitu 55,73 persen banding 34,27 persen. Selain itu, aspek kapasitas fiskal daerah APBD Tahun 2014 baru mampu mengcover 40 persen dari kebutuhan fiskal daerah Tahun 2014,” pungkasnya.(And)
