Kuningan Terkini - Wakil Bupati Kuningan Acep Purnama membantah pembahasan kebijakan umum anggaran (KUA)-plafon prioritas anggaran sementara (PPAS) tidak terbuka untuk publik alias tertutup. Menurutnya, masyarakat pun bisa mengakses informasi tersebut.

“Saya kira gak tertutup. Masyarakat bisa mengakses informasi tersebut apalagi jurnalis,” kata Acep kepada wartawan usai menghadiri acara rapat KONI, Rabu (20/8/2014).

Menurutnya, saat ini pemkab dengan DPRD sedang mengevaluasi semester 1. Disana akan terbaca serapan dana yang terserap. Dan kalau belum, akan dimasukan kedalam APBD perubahan.

“Ada perubahan pagu anggaran setelah penetapan APBD murni. Tahapan yang paling awal yaitu membuat KUA-PPAS,” ujarnya. Acep pun menyangkan sikap dari Wakil Ketua DPRD terkait pengusiran sejumlah wartawan beberapa hari lalu.

“Dulu ketika masih menjabat sebagai Ketua DPRD kan wartawan bisa mengakses informasi dengan mudah. Terkait hal itu ya mungkin sudah bisa menebak. Gak perlu saya ucapkan,” terang mantan Ketua DPRD Kuningan ini. (DHE)
