KPK Tahan 4 Tersangka OTT Suap Anggota DPR

Kuningan Terkini, Jakarta - Untuk kepentingan penyidikan dugaan tindak pidana korupsi penerimaan hadiah atau janji oleh Anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat terkait proyek di Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat tahun anggaran 2016, penyidik Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) menahan keempat tersangka, yaitu DWP (Anggota DPR RI Periode 2014 – 2019), JUL (Swasta), DES (Swasta) dan AKH (Direktur PT WTU).

Tersangka DWP, DES dan AKH ditahan untuk 20 hari ke depan terhitung mulai hari ini di Rumah Tahanan Negara Kelas I Jakarta Timur Cabang KPK. Sedangkan, JUL ditahan di Rutan Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan.

Sebelumnya, berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan dan gelar perkara yang dilakukan sebagai tindak lanjut dari kegiatan operasi tangkap tangan (OTT) yang dilakukan, penyidik menemukan bukti permulaan yang cukup untuk menetapkan keempatnya sebagai tersangka.

Tersangka DWP, JUL dan DES diduga menerima hadiah atau janji dari AKH, padahal diketahui atau patut diduga bahwa hadiah tersebut diberikan untuk menggerakkan agar melakukan atau tidak melakukan sesuatu dalam jabatannya yang bertentangan dengan kewajibannya terkait proyek di Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Tahun Anggaran 2016.

Tersangka DWP, JUL dan DES disangkakan melanggar pasal 12 huruf a atau pasal 12 huruf b atau pasal 11 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 jo. pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUH Pidana.

Sementara, tersangka AKH disangkakan melanggar pasal 5 ayat (1) huruf a atau pasal 5 ayat (1) huruf b atau pasal 13 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001.(red)
