Acep Buka Turnamen Galuh Agung Cup 2016

Kuningan Terkini – Karang Taruna Desa Luragung Landeuh Kecamatan Luragung menggelar Open Turnamen Sepak Bola Galuh Agung Cup 2016, di lapangan sepak bola Ibrahim Ajie, Jumat (22/7/2016). Kegiatan tersebut dibuka langsung oleh Bupati Kuningan Acep Purnama, yang ditandai dengan penendangan bola.
Ketua Panitia, Tasim Pitok mengatakan, ada sebanyak 24 tim kesebalasan yang ikut turnamen sepakbola Agung Galuh Cup 2016 ini, baik dari Kuningan maupun dari luar Kuningan. Turnamen tersebut akan berlangsung hingga bulan Agustus 2016. Ia menyebutkan, kegaitan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kepedulian pemuda di Luragung Landeuh untuk turut membangun dan mengembangkan aset daerah yang ada.
“Turnamen ini untuk menunjang program pemerintah dalam upaya memasyarakatkan olahraga dan mengolahragakan masyarakat. Juga mengembangkan prestasi olahraga sepakbola dan mempererat tali persaudaraan di kalangan masyarakat dalam dan luar Kuningan,” jelasnya.
Open Turnamen Sepak Bola Galuh Agung Cup 2016, disebutkan Tasim, akan memperebutkan banyak hadiah. Diantaranya, juara pertama akan mendapatkan hadiah senilai Rp 5 juta, juara kedua Rp 4 juta, juara ke tiga Rp 3 juta dan juara keempat Rp 2 juta.
“Panitia pun menyediakan tropi dan uang pembinaan bagi top skor dan pemain terbaik,” ucapnya.
Sementara itu Buapti Kuningan Acep Purnama dalam sambutannya, memberikan apresiasi kepada penyelenggara yang telah menggelar kegiatan turnamen sepakbola ini.
“Saya sebagai bupati mengajak kepada semua masyarakat Kuningan untuk bersama-sama bahu membahu dalam mengisi pembangunan ini. Karena tanpa masyarakat, saya bukan siapa-siapa,” pugkasnya. (l.hakim)
