LPSE Kuningan Helat Pelatihan SiRUP SKPD

Kuningan (KaTer) - Layanan Pengadaan Secara Elektronik (LPSE) Kabupaten Kuningan mengadakan pelatihan Sistem Informasi Rencana Umum Pengadaan (SiRUP) Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) di aula wisma permata. Acara yang diikuti sebanyak 52 peserta, bertujuan untuk melatih admin Rencana Umum Pengadaan (RUP) SKPD Kuningan.
Kepala UPTD LPSE Kuningan, Kusumo Daryo kepada KaTer, Jumat (28/2/2014) mengatakan, pelatihan ini perlu dilaksanakan, sebab penggunaan aplikasi SiRUP berbasis Web based (Web) diperlukan untuk mengisi data RUP yang nanti bakal diumumkan. Peserta terdiri dari admin RUP dari SKPD di lingkungan pemkab Kuningan.
“Kegiatan ini sebagai wujud keseriusan Pemkab Kuningan dalam rangka menjadikan pengadaan barang dan jasa lebih efektif, terbuka, bersaing, transparan dan akuntabel,” katanya.
Hal tersebut kata Kusumo, sesuai amanat Peraturan Presiden No.70 tahun 2012 tentang Perubahan Kedua atas Peraturan Presiden No. 54 tahun 2010 tentang Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Pemerintah.
“SiRUP merupakan aplikasi Sistem RUP berbasis Web, sebagai sarana atau alat dalam mengumumkan RUP. Hal itu bertujuan untuk mempermudah pihak PA/KPA dalam mengumumkan RUP setiap SKPD,” terangnya.
Pihaknya berharap, melalui pelatihan-pelatihan yang diikuti oleh pejabat daerah, aplikasi SiRUP dapat menjadikan pengadaan Pemkab Kuningan lebih transparan dan akuntabel. “Nantinya, RUP masing-masing SKPD dapat dilihat dan diawasi oleh seluruh masyarakat melalui website yang tersedia. Bahkan, penyedia jasa akan lebih mudah untuk mendapatkan daftar paket yang akan dilelang,” pungkasnya.(AND)

But, think on this, suppose you composed a catchier title?
I mean, I don't wish to tell you how to run your blog, however what if
you added a headline that grabbed a person's attention? I mean LPSE Kuningan Helat Pelatihan SiRUP SKPD is a little vanilla.
