Kuningan Terkini - Forum Study Ekonomi Syariah (ForSESy) Universitas Kuningan menyelenggarakan seminar nasional dengan tema ”Roadshow Sekolah Pasar Modal Syariah” di Gedung Student Center Iman Hidayat Kampus 1 Universitas Kuningan, Rabu (04/11/2014).
Narasumber pada kegiatan tersebut diantaranya Derry Yustria SE MBA (Bursa Efek Indonesia) dan Kanny Hidaya SE MA (Dewan Syariah Nasional MUI).
Dalam pemaparan materinya, Derry menyebutkan bahwa prinsip syariah di pasar modal berdasarkan pada fatwa DSN-MUI. Baik fatwa yang ditetapkan dalam peraturan Bapepam dan LK maupun fatwa yang telah diterbitkan sebelum ditetapkannya peraturan sebelumnya.
“Sepanjang fatwa dimaksud tidak bertentangan dengan peraturan Bapepam dan LK lain yang didasarkan pada fatwa DSN-MUI,” ujarnya.
Sedangkan Kanny memberikan pemaparan mengenai prinsif dasar fikih muamalah dan fatwa tentang investasi syariah di pasar modal.
“Transaksi saham dianggap sesuai syariah apabila tidak melakukan transaksi yang dilarang secara syariah dan hanya melakukan jual-beli saham syariah” katanya.
Menurutnya, saham yang sudah di beli boleh ditransaksikan kembali meskipun settlement baru dilaksanakan pada T+3 sesuai prinsif qabdh hukmi dan transaksi efek di bursa efek menggunakan akad bai’al-musawamah.
“Semoga kegiatan roadshow sekolah pasar modal syariah kali ini dapat mendorong tumbuhnya semangat dalam pasar modal syariah di kalangan generasi muda dan masyarakat pada umumnya,” ungkapnya. (DHE)
